The office staff for this Dentist is always great about sending a reminder card to help me remember to make my upcoming cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments. The Staff at City Park Dental is Great and very gentle. I have never seen a better dentist.

Going to this dentist for checkups seemed to be ok at first except the cleanings they do are very minimal. Comunication was a minor problem and could have benefited with with the Dentist giving futher explanations when questioned. Just because you ask does not mean you will get satisfactory answers.When having actual dental work if you question the work they preform and experience new problems after new work the Dentist becomes very short with wanting to explain why new issues have occured after her work. I ended up going to a new dentist to have these issues addressed and I am receiving full comprehensive service.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. She's very nice and talkative. Her assistants and her are gentle and are very conscious of the amount of saliva that accumulates in your mouth after having your mouth kept open. I don't like it when I go to dentists and either they or their assistant wait for a long time before they suction my saliva. These professionals at city park dental really are conscious of that and makes me feel comfortable.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
