They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Quality and compassion an excellent combination.- from the the front desk to the dental technician, to the doctor himself. They were great! One more visit and my root canal will be complete. I went to the Kirkland office, it really was easy to find. Thank you once again to Thomas Dentistry for a job well done. Have a blessed day.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

I became a patient of Dr. Thomas's when he bought the practice from my retiring dentist.I arrived to an appointment where I was to have an existing (cracked) crown replaced and once I was seated, bib in place, the assistant who has a heavy African accent told me that someone (couldn't understand the name) would be over to to something (couldn't understand). I asked her to repeat it and again didn't understand her. So as not to appear rude by asking her to repeat herself again, I simply figured I'd know soon enough when whoever showed up to do whatever. To make a very long and very upsetting story short. The who was Dr. Thomas's very darling baby sister who had literally just days earlier graduated from dental school. This information was not offered to me at the time btw. I was presented to her so that she could gain some practical experience...at my expense and without my permission. What followed (3 appointments in all) was the worst experience I've ever had at any medical appointment, and at no time did Dr. Thomas step in to take over. I now have sensitivity with that tooth. To add insult to injury, when Dr. Thomas was made aware that I was upset about the treatment I received, he had his office manager call to tell me essentially, too bad.
Everyone makes mistakes, and Dr. Thomas needs to accept accountability for his. A phone call from him personally would have been in order, at the very least.
