They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was hardly in the waiting room at all. They got me in right away. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I don't recall if they wore cologne or not.

Bad place to go. I received dentures and have had nothing but problems. The first pair required "impression after impression". Never was even close to fitting. They made a second pair and within the year holes broke through both sides in the back and the front side tooth keeps breaking off. Today would be the third time its happened. They also required money up front and a year later I found I overpaid by approximately $500.00 but was never told. They kept it "on credit" but never told me. This was after it took me a year to save up for them in the first place! Find some other place to go, really!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE...they do not explain costs or co-payments to their patients. In addition they harrass and belittle patients while providing less than acceptable care. There are many better doctors and offices that will handle your care with dignity and compassion. I am soo sorry I ever stepped foot in this office. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
