They do crappy work on teeth! Don't go here or you will be ripped off. I just had two crowns done. Both early last year and the new dentist I am going to said very poorly done and now my teeth are hurting and I have to get them redone. Watch out when the bill arrives as it will be more than what you were quoted. Friendly staff overall but sucky dental work.

Bad all the way around. Dentist does shoddy work and then blames your deficient teeth for his poor work (What are you doing to this crown to make it fall out? You just don't have enough enamel for this chipped tooth repair to not keep falling off."). If an anthropologist were e to examine my teeth, they'd say, "Evidence of cheap dental work."

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Dr Bernhart is very;

I have know him since he opened his clinic ( the older one next to the Store) on 44th in Mountlake Terrace, about 1975. He is a wonderful caring person and extremely intelligent.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
