The office is beautiful, front desk staff friendly and efficient, scheduling easy. The procedure itself was painless. However, he provides little to no information about the risks of the procedures he performs and spends less than 5 minutes with you during a consult. The major problem is after the procedure I ended up with complications and he (and his staff) were entirely dismissive and frankly rude. He did not even follow up with me after being aware that I was having serious complications. In my opinion this is dereliction of his duty as a medical professional and really poor practice. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
