They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make myself, but especially my children feel welcome and they are a pediatric office. I didn't appreciate Dr. Larson wanting to use up a quarter of my orthodontic benefits for front brackets to close the space in daughter's mouth to create more room for adult teeth coming in--he didn't take any measurements. Thank goodness I opted at that time to visit an orthodontist who did the complete work up and he informed me how much space was needed. Brackets would have been a complete waste of time and money, so we utilized other methods including extraction. That incident combined with the general dissatisfaction with his staff members we opted to go elsewhere and my kids actually "love" going to the dentist now. Also there was a billing incident at one point (we have dual coverage) and I had erroneously overpaid. Not sure that was ever ironed out and insurance received thier refund, the explanations regarding that were quite confusing and I got the impression they were purposely trying to hold onto the "extra" funds. The office itself is state of the art and gorgeous, but the staff and Dr. Larson himself didn't impress me in the least. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
