I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I was referred to Dr. Hutchinson by another local dentist for my daughters 7 cavities. My 8 yr old child went under anesthesia at the Emilie Pavilion Surgery Center (that Dr. Hutchinson is part owner of, and had the anesthesia put on my Insurance). Dr. Hutchinson fixed all of my child's teeth quickly and used only white resin, no metals, he saved all the teeth and used no caps. I did extensive research on him and the method (anesthesia) along with what materials used, etc, before making my final decision to go forward with everything. He was the right choice, and his method was the right one. He is a good Dentist, a good person, and the right choice for your child. I highly recommend him. I feel very thankful that we have Dr, Hutchinson here in Olympia, he is the only one that takes Medicaid Insurance besides Seamar, and he cares about the kids, My child and I are making him a "Thank You" card today.
