I am sooo impressed with Dr. Kern's staff. Previous to my first visit I would rather be on a triage table in an ER than go to the Dentist. What I have seen from this entire staff is incredible service. I mean from the second you walk in to the moment you leave....EVERYBODY is there for you and the patient is their absolute number one priority. The staff is over the top patient and great at explaining stuff and making you comfortable and some of the personal touches they add are truly world class. I am a client for life and I will be in for my 6 month checkups because of how awesome the environment is. I'm not sure if Dr. Kern is responsible for hiring such a talented and client friendly team....but whomever did this hit a home run in talent. FYI if you are afraid of a dentist there is no better place to go. You will not be anymore after your first visit.....not kidding.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
