They made sure every question I had was answered, and stressed that they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zack is warm and professional and you can tell he is doing everything he can to create a pain-free experience (very important in my book). All my questions were answered thoroughly and together we created a plan to give me the healthy beautiful smile I want and deserve.
