STAY AWAY FROM HERE, My son had never had a cavity. He is 19. He went to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning. NEVER EVR HAD A CAVITY Last time he went to Highlands West they completely took advantage of him. He went in for his regular cleaning and the NEW doctor Dr. Moazzeni told him he had 3 or 4 cavities and pressured him into having them filled right then and there. NEVER had a cavity in 19 years. I asked for his xrays and took them to two well RESPECTED dentists and both agreed those teeth should NEVER have been drilled on. There were microscopic marks of decay that should have been watched NOT FILLED because they could have corrected themselves. THIS DENTIST DR MOAZZENI IS MONEY HUNGRY and UNETHICAL. STAY AWAY from here!!!!! There are way too many HONEST dentists out here for you to waste your time here. DISGUSTING and UNBELIEVABLE

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Yes

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Does this dentist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I went there for a sore tooth and they said my old silver filling had a hole in it and I would need a crown. While I was in the chair the office person kept coming in about the costs and told me I had to pay 100% of the crown in advance. It was very unprofessional in my opinion. I was in the chair for almost 3 hours and they did the build up and put the temporary crown on and scheduled me to come back in a week for the permanent crown. The next day at church my temporary fell off and it had a hole in it! What a joke. Since I have paid in full I will get this tooth finished and get a guarantee in writing for this tooth. I will never go back to the dentist office again!

They are all very nice, but don't be fooled by that. If you must go, definately see one of the more experienced. They hire s a lot of young/new dentists whose skills are sorely lacking.

Examples of my experience:
Root canal on the wrong tooth, then they told me to see their specialist for the pain I've had while chewing for over a year.
After sitting in the specialist' for almost two hours, she took a couple of pictures and told me to come back in two weeks.
The problem tooth finally broke, I returned for a crown. First time they sent me away and asked that I go the UW special dental clinic. When I asked why, they said they couldn't find the problem tooth. I told them again, that was the tooth and there is no more pain.
Second time I returned for the crown I went home and ended up spending the evening trying to get the hardened paste off of my teeth. The next day I went back to have them remove what I couldn't. As always, no apologies, just rather put out.
I tried to make a joke and said 'you either really like me or really hate me.' Her reply "I like your shoes."
Cancelled the crown - looking for a new dentist.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
