I have been seeing Dr Marshall for years and eventhough I live in the valley, I wouldn't change dentists. Him and his staff are fabulous.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.
