Wow! I have seen Dr.Kondo for some years now, and am very happy with the work. We've never had any problems with them, and the office is clean and modern... I came here because a co-worker suggested them after I had a bad crown done in mexico that fell off. They seemed pretty friendly and had me scheduled in a lot faster than my old dentist in Hillyard.

Sometimes they use an answering service, but they've always called me right back. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with them, and would gladly use them again. I don't know the name of the girl who cleaned my teeth, but she was pretty lively!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

I have been seeing Dr. Kondo for over 10 years. He is a very good dentist. However, the poor customer service and dishonest staff have prompted me to find a new dentist.

When they were supposed to send a "preauth" to the insurance company - we scheduled an appt 3 weeks out. A few days before the appt. the staff said they hadn't received the determination yet. I called the insurance co and the staff didn't even send in the request until 4 days prior. When I asked about it, the staff BLAMED ME for the mistake. They also had my follow up appt scheduled for the wrong time in addition. I cancelled my appointments with Dr, Kondo and am going to go to a different dentist. What a shame that he lost my husband and I as long-time patients...and we're in our late 40's - any dentist's dream.

I have tried to call the office several times this week and each time the call was answered by an answering service stating that the clinic was closed or unavailable. I have an appointment coming up and they sent me a note regarding my insurance that I need clarified prior to going in. It's very frustrating. I should note that I've tried calling during various times during the week (late morning, lunch time, late afternoon) and not at odd hours that a normal business would be closed.

I was very comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Every time I try to call the call is answered by an answering service. The answering service always just says that they are on break or it shows them as unavailable and that they can't make appointments or transfer the call to the office. I left a message when they told me they were on a lunch break. I called back when I hadn't heard back after three hours and they said it still showed they were out.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
