They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their office hours are strange - they only work a few days a week Also, seem to like upsell products they sell or referrals. I got the feeling that they were in it for the money first and quality of care second

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
