They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

See a different dentist. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They did not make much effort to actually get my teeth clean. They were also frequently rather unkind to my son.

After visiting at least ten dentists over the years and even switching to another provider a few years ago, I have to say that I will never go anywhere else.
There is a culture within every business that you can certainly feel at this place. Its that they really seem to care about the quality of their work and the comfort of the patient. This even comes across from the staff that does the billing, scheduling, etc.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
As I said earlier, if I ever move away from this area, I'd gladly drive many hours to be seen at any of the Wendel sites.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They could have done a much better job cleaning their dental equipment. It wasn't too filthy but it wasn't very clean either. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise.
