They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.

The biggest issue is how they bill insurance companies and the way they communicate the billing to patients. An annual checkup/cleaning should not cost me if they are covered by insurance, however, this office bills as perio-scaling which results in 20% of bill out of my pocket!
