upper parcel cracked every time since new first time didnt even get home bought a burger bit down cracked every week back to get fixed never fit right 4 time cracked same spot the last time I left it because he does not listen it cracked in a few days than it finally broke this day 5-4-21 lets see if he listens and fixes it wright, ill let you no

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Peter Ghattas, and his secretary, Margie. A professional atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable! Very happy with my partial denture!

my dentures are far from perfect. Even though they look good they are too big, won't even stay in right with adhesive. Bottom ones don't fit or stay in at all. They made me wait a year before I even got mine. He had them done, we tried them on and then he told me they stopped taking my insurance, and if I wanted them it would cost me $400. Didn't have the money so wait for my income tax in 2017. Called and told him I have the money now, and he said they do accept my insurance again. Yep a year had passed when I finally got them. No I can barely keep the top ones in, can't wear the bottom ones at all, and eating, well, it's very hard. Can't eat anything crunchy or hard. Potato chips hurt my mouth, can't even bite into a pickle. Would never go there again. But now I have to find a place who wil help me get it right

I also visited this business. My appointments were all during my lunch hour and they were late every single time. I tried the wax dentures in and verbalized that they were too big for my mouth. I was ignored, but had to sign a form on the way out, that I "tried" them in. I came back for a fitting and they were done 3/4's of an inch too big! (3/8's inch on upper and lower), no name in the gums as state law dictates and again had to sign a form that I "picked them up", even though I again said they were too big for my mouth (the gums). The teeth were actually 1 millimeter shorter than the ones I requested be made. I asked for grinding, since they cut my mouth up and rubbed the roof of my mouth raw. I was told "to get used to them" and eat "soft foods" for 2 weeks. Since my gums are more than 30 years healed, there is no reason to eat soft foods. I had to hire another denturist for more money to make a perfect set that I have never had to have adjusted. You should run from this business and try Grant Denture Clinic in Tacoma. They do fabulous work for a fair price and get your dentures PERFECT. Dr. Ghattas is on probation and has been for almost 2 years for non-sterilized equipment (saliva and blood)! Disgusting! He does not listen nor care if your dentures are right or wrong! I got dentures handed to me in a cellophane baggie when other denturists provide a "holder" for your dentures. He also shorted me 4 teeth. It cost me over $3,500 for a set of dentures between both businesses. Ghattas would not make these right without charging more money and would not REFUND me for the dentures I can not use or wear. He's in it for the money only and doesn't care about you. GO ELSEWHERE FAST!!!

My dentures are perfect, just what I wanted, new white teeth, He made the top teeth so well I no longer have wrinkles around my mouth. They were so nice to work with. Always on time, no waiting around and he knows what he's doing! When my teeth were ready they fit, no pain, no sore spots. A New Image Dentures in Puyallup is the place to go for your new dentures! He is an artist!

I was impressed that this provider took notice of areas outside of their specialty that might help me.
