This is a great service for low income people, but their system for calculating charges, credits and debits, is likely illegal. You pay $50 each time you go there and are told that this money goes into your account as accumulated credit which can even be transferred to other Sea Mar dental clinics. If you are unemployed and can prove that, you should receive an 80% discount on all treatments. The problem is that patients are not informed when the office will arbitrarily decide to tally up all the charges against the credits. Why is this a problem? Well, it shouldn't be a problem except that this process will always leave you with a zero balance or owing the clinic more money! That's right, if your charges end up less than you paid in already, your credit goes down a black hole never to be seen again. And if you contact the accounting department and ask for a break down of those charges and unused credit, they will refuse to reveal that information. The dentists are nice there and do good work, but this system will likely be unsustainable if it ever has its day in court. It's very strange that a business set up to help underprivileged people would take advantage of them like this.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
