I may or may not keep the scheduled appointment for removal of my wisdom teeth. Their billing department is unhelpful at best and accusatory at worst regarding establishing a payment system that works for individual needs. In this regard, the level of customer service has been poor thus far in my interactions with them and it worries me regarding having work performed there. I believe that patients who are agreeing to pay hundreds of dollars for health care, and entering into that agreement without even knowing for certain the exact amount they will be paying, should be treated with respect and worked with in a more flexible and professional manner.
