I was very unhappy with my evaluation. The dentist had poor bedside manners and didn't even tell me what he thought was wrong with my tooth. I felt discriminated against because I don't have top notch insurance.

I went to them because of a major tooth pain and swelled jaw. They were able to get me in the next day which was wonderful! I was told that if I didn't show up that I wouldn't be able to use them again, so I made sure to make my appointment. I arrived early and after doing my paperwork I was able to go into the back early as well and not have to wait around. I use Badgercare and didn't feel harassed for it either. They took xrays and figured out what was going on, and got me scheduled for extractions 4 days later as that was the earliest they had available, and to give time to get the swelling down a bit.
I had worries after hearing how mean the doctor is, but he didn't seem mean at all, maybe a little gruff but that's fine and different than horrid. I hope that I have another good review after my extractions here today as quite nervous about that aspect!

Beware of this dentist. He is very mean and condescending, unprofessional , just the worst doctor ever. I'm I pain now from his work. I don't normally write bad reviews but this dentist is just horrible in every way. Run while you can. Read more reviews and you will see Manny more bad reviews on this dentist. RUN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill and professionalism. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least and seems to have a huge intolerance or compassion for children I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere and degraded for my personal decisions.

Missed an appointment due to a snow storm. Called very early that morning and left a message on their voice mail before they even opened as we live 40 minutes away and wern't able to safely drive in. When trying to reschedule they refused stating that because of the missed appointment they could no longer see our son. Even after an indepth explanation that we had called and it was missed due to weather, the office woman was very rude and and very insistant on not letting my son come back to their dentist. Horrible customer service. Rude and completely uncaring. Also if planning a visit with a young child realize that no matter how young a child is or if it's their first time with a dentist and they are scared this business will not allow under any circumstances a parent or guardian in the room with the child for any reason. That was an uncomfortable feeling to begin with. Avoid this office if you can at all costs.
