They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
