They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very hurt by the whole place. They mistreated me and hurt me more than anyone in my life. I would say to anyone not to visit them. Even a past worker told me he had the worst bedside manner ever!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. After calling, to discuss my phobia of the dentist, I felt insulted. If the office in which I go to does not care about my mental health, as well as my physical health, it certainly will not be returning. The receptionist was not at all empathetic and practically laughed at me when I explained I have a very large phobia of the dentist due to a dentist I had growing up. She ask how old I was and stated I was too old for a children’s dentist and I might as well get over it and come in. She then continued on that she has no idea where else I would go. I actually live in Milwaukee. It’s an hour drive for me. There are plenty of different places I could go, but chose to continue at Dr. Smith’s. I would highly suggest the naïve staff at Dr. Smith’s office enrolling in a class or two about psychological behavior and phobias. And if already done so, perhaps a refresher course.
