. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I really admire them for being more than willing to help me with my dental fears. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They tried to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. If you are a new patient in pain this is NOT the place to go! Most friendly dental offices offer emergency slots ESPECIALLY if you're a new patient so you can spread a friendly word and be a new patient. They also don't offer complimentary cleaning and x-rays for first time patients. I would have to wait WEEKS UPON WEEKS for an appointment! I will be getting my friendly services at Hartford Dental Group, Thank you!

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Bower pulled out my wisdom teeth, and he did a wonderful job. He is very kind and wonderful dentist, I was terrified and he explained the entire process and was very confident.
