Switched from the 'chain' dentist so I could find a small practice with accountability. The office staff/scheduler was very sweet. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was very nice, relateable and helped accommodate my 2 young kids who had accompanied me to my appointment. I have a lot of anxiety with dental procedures and Dr. Paul Smith was amazing. He's sweet man with a great chair-side manner. He was calming and recognized my anxiety with great care. I would highly recommend. He's obviously very qualified.

My family LOVES this practice! As we have young children, it is very important that they are comfortable and trust their dentist/hygienist. Even though it is not specifically a 'pediatric' dental office, my children have been completely at ease every time since their very first visit. The staff there always ask my kids lots of questions and make them feel special by counting their teeth, talking to them about their mouths/brushing and asking them about their families and school. They give a lot of good advice for all of us. When I had a pain in my tooth, Dr. Dan remedied the problem right away. Also, the office allowed me to make an appointment right away when I had a small dental emergency. Also, they always let me watch the cooking channel when I'm in the chair. Everyone here is very qualified and knowledgeable. I will bring my family here for as long as possible and I have already recommended the practice to some friends with children.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. I have some seasonal inner ear dizziness issues and they always remember when sitting me back up. Their office is state of the art and very welcoming. Appointments seem appropriately timed as I have never had to wait a long time. Advice and service are top notch.

What a pleasant experience! That isn't easy to say for a dentist visit. I am a new patient and my first visit to this office was a welcoming experience. All of the staff is very accommodating, and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable all of the time. I take great pride in my teeth, so to know that the dentist and his staff cares as much as I do, makes me feel really comfortable. The office is immaculate, and their equipment and procedures are much more updated than my former dentist's office was. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone, in fact, I have already converted some of my friends and family! Nice job, keep up the great work.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

They made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
