I just went and had my teeth cleaned at another local establishment because now they accept parents. I asked after they did an examination and cleaned my teeth if I needed 3 crowns as Dr. Congdon said I needed them in the very immediate future. Crowns cost roughly $1200 a piece and I was stressing heavily over this. That I would be in all this pain because no way could I afford over $3,500 for crowns. Dr. Congdon....you not only lack patience with nervous patients - you are also scamming people!!

Horrible customer service from the receptionists. I have an 11 month old baby and we were waiting for my daughter in the waiting room. I was asked to keep the baby quiet because they couldn't hear on the phones? I had to go sit in my car with my baby? Seriously who tells someone to keep their baby quiet. I will never return I cancelled my appointment with them. Just a horrible experience!! I am still in shock!

This dentist does very good work. He has been my families dentist for years and I recommend him. He is very qualified and knowledgeable.

The staff was compasionate and helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately Dr. Cogden had horrific bedside mannor and lacked social graces. I was warned beforehand, and now I pass this knowledge on.
