They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away. My calls are answered quickly and I have never been put on hold. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. It is a very friendly office and Dr. Brunner has been great answering my kids endless questions and showing them the equipment.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
