Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! The receptionist was very rude!!! Was told I owed $85.00 and payment is due NOW. I told them I had no money on me, I gave you my insurance stuff isn't that good enough? She stated that she told me on the phone, which is a lie. I never made the appointment was referred. They kicked me out like I was some criminal. Also, called them back to let them know that I'm leaving horrible reviews and they said that's fine. They said they felt threatened by me????????????????? What??????????? Funny??????????????????? Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My kids and family was with, a whole room full. Ask them.

Also, I told the dentist that my heart doctor said I can't take motrin at all......he stated he see's NO reason that I can't. Well, obviously your NOT A HEART DOCTOR and Dentist Wagner knows best!!!!!!!! What a joke of a place!!!!!!!!! MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! PLENTY MORE OUT THERE THAT WILL TREAT A CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred to this office by my dentist for an extraction. The staff was nice, the surgeon seemed knowledgable and nice (haven't had the extraction yet).

But when I received the co-pay estimate, they tried to chanrge me $90 for xrays that my dentist emailed over. They charged me $90 for the consultation (10 min in their office basically just to schedule the appt to have the surgery).

Be sure when you get your co-pay estimate that you qustion what it includes. My insurance covers 90% and my co-pay is over $200, meaning this service should cost over $2000, which i know is not correct, thus why i questioned it.

Apparently insurance won't cover their consultation fee.
