Pretty sad when you have to see this group as it's what your dental insurance allows. That being said...been with them for around 10-15 years. Called and what should have been an IMMEDIATE come in today or the next morning was pushed out 3 days with absolutely NO concern.

Went to another local dentist who got my in first thing next morning. I will be paying out of pocket for an implant but at least it will get done right and in a timely manner.

About the only thing forward can handle apparently is cleanings and those are iffy at best.

This is for the Forest Home location. "Wisconsin's leading dental group" ha! At least not the Forest Home location. My husband was fed up a couple months ago for a different reason. For me, it was recently when I was told my appointment would be give to someone else if I didn't hurry up and call to confirm it. This has not ever happened in the last 30 years I've been going to this location. I am questioning my customer loyalty especially since my insurance doesn't cover much, I can go anywhere. Please note, this has nothing to do with my hygienist, which has been wonderful all these years. It's too bad the customer service no longer exists in a lot of places. Forward Dental will be added to that list for me.

Bayview location staff needs some training on how to deal with customers, and how to handle issues with overcharges, mistakes and to know how to be polite and respectful. I was overcharged for cleaning that i never got and threatened by the staff that my account going to collation for the unpaid balance.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
