I have been going to Port Dental for about 3 years and the staff has been very nice. The rates are pretty good also since I do not have dental insurance it all comes out of my pocket.

We come in as a family of 6 every six months for our cleaning(checkup) and every time, the staff and Dr. Perez are ALWAYS very welcoming and friendly and have always made us feel comfortable. Many of us don't like going to the doctor/dentist but when you have a provider as great as Dr. Perez and his staff, make it so much more easier going to see them. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great dentist.

The office staff has not the best customer service. Service is pretty rude when there is an issue. Friends and family had not very good experiences with them and I used them anyway because they are close to my work place. My fault I guess. My first cleaning appointment was ok, it was not until I called to dispute the service I received and it was simply "blown off." Being a customer means nothing.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.
I went there for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. First of all, they were able to get my son in by emergency, he had a terrible tooth ache and I could not get in anywhere else. I am very glad that Port Dental were the ones who squeezed us in. From the experience we had so far, I will definitely consider them as my new family dental clinic!!! Nice, clean, polite, thorough, attentive, punctual...what else to expect?!

They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Their office was well organized and clean. Every time my and my family go in for a cleaning we feel very rushed. The staff seems like they want to be somewhere else. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They do not have hours that accomodate working people. I had 3 appointments booked starting at 4pm and 4:30. I called to let them know that I would be a few minutes late when I arrived I was told that they could only see two of us, which was fine because it was my fault that I was late. Then a few seconds later they came back and said they would only see one. To top it off they didn't take my son back until 4:45, 15 minutes past our scheduled 4:30 appointment. It was clear that they cancelled our appointments because they were behind. This is absolutely poor customer service. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes late.
