North bay dentals billing department is horrible! I left this dentist over 4 years ago and today I got a bill in the mail addressed to me but it was for someone else!!! I called them and gave them my name and told them that I got a bill addressed to me but it was for someone else. She said oh you're the only one on your account! I said I know and I haven't been there in 4 years......that's why I'm calling....how would I get a bill addressed to me when I dont go here!? She said oh just a glitch in the system! How many people are paying for someone else's bill due to a glitch in the system!!??? Dont trust them! They are horrible! I wish I could give zero stars!

The cleanliness of the dental practice is super clean and updated which is nice. I also really enjoy how courteous and outgoing everyone is at the office, makes me feel welcomed!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reesman for awhile now. The staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist are exceptional. They always go out of their way to make sure you understand everything.

I admire that North Bay is so compassionate towards their patients. When I was a new patient they did everything they needed to take care of me and get me situated. I highly suggest going here for anyone.

What I like most overall is the staff and the doctor. They're always very friendly and they call you by your first name. I have been going there since I was a kid.
