It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
