Poorly managed practice with exceptionally rude staff. Long waiting times pre appointment and long waits in the exam room which creates higher anxiety in anyone with a a bit of phobia. Post procedure you are rushed out and given verbal instructions along with a ten page manifesto that has one paragraph that addresses the procedure. I would not suggest this practice to anyone!
