Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not one bit

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They made an extra effort to make me feel special
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did this psychiatrist investigate your medical background before recommending a treatment option?
Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment

He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered. I will absolutely be returning. He did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. His office is one of the quietest, most peaceful places. I was able to relax very easily.

No, I had to pay for parking!

I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. However, I just found out today that Dr. Stokes is no longer there. I will miss him.
