Dr Gutierrez was very rude and it was obvious she was in a bad mood when she walked in the room. My visit was a waste of my time and money.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they send me a reminder so I don't forget. Dr. Gutierrez is extremely reliable. Dr. Gutierrez went out of her way to make me feel special and appreciated. Dr. Gutierrez always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Gutierrez always listens to every question or concern I may have. Dr. Gutierrez was so easy to reach in an emergency, she answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on her to always be there for me when I need her the most. Dr. Gutierrez explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
