I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
