The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Dr. Chao use to be a terrific doctor. Then he signed on with a hospital group (SSM I believe) and now a stupid computer guides the entire visit. There is no natural flow of conversation that happens. The computer tells the doctor and staff what questions to ask, information to obtain and there is no room to just tell the doctor what is going on in the context one wishes to discuss it with him.

I feel sorry for the doctor when I am there because it's like SSM doesn't have enough faith in their doctors to know how to talk to and treat their own patients. Been told it's the wave of the future. Sure hope not.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
