I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
