They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I have been visiting this physician for close to 8 years now and it is a very family-like practice. The staff are very friendly and remember my entiure family by name. The physician can recollect details of our health issues without necessarily checking our records and makes a point to touch upon recent health issues. So we feel very "connected" and the the doctor is on top of our condition in a very personalized manner. He takes a lot of time to make us feel relaxed and answers our questions patiently and in easy to undertsand terms. All in all, we love it here and would stay with this doctor as long as we can.
