I noticed someone above was complaining about having tests at St. Luke's instead of Metro Imaging. I went to Metro and they reported seeing something. They had me take another test and didn't see that but thought they saw something else. Then I said I wanted to go to St. Luke's and everything was clear and I only had to have one test! Dr. Kim was not the doctor that sent me to Metro! I think you get what you pay for!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. The receptionist and person calling patients back is EXTREMELY RUDE, I want to stop going to this doctor. Instead of the doctor/office staff calling about test results, they send you letters and if you need a treatment plan you basically need to wait until the letter come. Also, I spent several thousand of dollars getting necessary test (thank you) at St. Luke's (she is a member there) when I could of had the test done at Metro Imaging or somewhere else. One of my test was $1400 out of pocket when I could of got it done for $600 out of pocket.

Dr Kim has been my PCP for over 15 years and always makes sure every question I have is answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions after I leave her office. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I am impressed with the care I receive, since all doctors don't give you the quality of care that I get from her. The office is easy enough to find and there is always someone to help direct you to the right place. I will continue to see her and also refer her to my friends and family.
