Dr. Wong did many lumbar punctures on me to treat pseudotumor cerebri. After the 10th. LP, I had a series of disturbing symptoms. Dr. Wong sent me to a neurosurgeon in Springfield and then to St. Louis to an optho-neurologist. I was told that I had a Chiari 1 Malformation which was made symptomatic by too many lumbar punctures. I was also told that Dr. Wong should have known better. I had to go to The Chiari Institute on Long Island for surgery. After I told Dr. Wong that I had chiari and needed surgery, I never heard from him again. Very disappointed in the care that I received from Dr. Wong. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone for a neurological problem.
I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
