I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

Dr Jessup is very professional with a comforting sense of humor. It is rare to find that these days. His staff is great too!! I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
