WORST place ever. They can't seem to get your orders correct, they have horrible custoemr service and they won't fix their own mistakes. THey take no accountability on what they have done wrong.
DO NOT GO TO THEM! I have had mistake after mistake since i went to them. You can get better service and products from probably anyone else. It isn't a wonder they haven't had more complaints!

Northland Eye is an amazing place to have one's eyesight cared for. The staff is so welcoming and professional--friendly and caring. The office is fully staffed and always willing to answer questions. The assistants are so competent that it's evident they are well trained and supervised. My husband had cataract surgery there, and he is so pleased with the outcome. I recommend Northland Eye and Dr. Kathryn Hembree and Dr. Susan Carney as the BEST. You will know that you are being helped by the finest eye care professionals in this area.
