They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
