Dr. Dahl offers very little information about risks and benefits of procedures or treatments unless I ask many many questions. Though she once seemed to really care about my health I have recently felt like she sees me as a bother, even questioning an allergic reaction to a medication I had as if she did not believe me. I do not feel open to talking to her about problems I am experiencing and am disappointed by her apparent lack of concern over a breast lump -- never bothered to feel it or refer to have an ultrasound, like she had previously done in the past "just to be safe." I see a sense of apathy in her these days.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
