I should have went with my initial instincts and found a new doctor after my first appointment. Not only was she brief and unhelpful, but she was judgmental of my situation. I went back, and she seemed warmer and more involved, so I decided to continue seeing her. My appointments were hit or miss when it came to quality care. 7 months into my pregnancy, she informed me she would be gone over my due date. She was, in fact, out of town when my son was born and I'm thankful for this. I paid every bill immediately after receiving it until after a year I received a final notice. I had never seen the bill and was frustrated that I still had to deal with her. Although they admitted to the error I was required to finish paying for the delivery she was absent from. My entire experience was negative.

Be careful when having procedures that this doctor recommends. Make sure that they are needed and covered by insurance because this doctor doesn't seem to check! The girl at the from desk is very, very rude. Generally, the staff, including Dr. Knudsen, didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless, expensive and unnecessary!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional, but the doctor just wanted to do her job and get me out of there. My first pregnancy she didn't tell me ANY do's and don't. I was doing so much wrong because I wasn't informed until later by my ALSO pregnant sister. :( also... I later found out that she breached my confidentiality to someone I know. I'll NEVER EVER EVER come back here. I feel VIOLATED beyond belief. I also tell people I know NOT to go to her. My sister also had problems with this doctor, but I won't speak on her terms.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
