Dr Otten- is a good doctor, however, she is overwhelmed with too many patients. She forgets easily due to the rush she is always in trying not to run behind. She does not, " SEE OR HEAR', how {UNPROFESSIONAL}, her front office, "("NONMEDICAL STAFF"), treat and speak to the patients, with the lowest, cruel, disrespect, I have ever seen conducted in a medical office, (they should be trained with better manners and tactics, for they are working in a medical office with very mentally ill people with real issues)! They are very rude,mean,unkind, uncompassionate,{ confrontational with patients}, on the phone and in person. This should not be allowed to go on,! I believe if Dr Otten Seen and Heard this going on, she wouldn't be happy with the way her patients are being treated, (People stay due to the fact they love DR Otten, - But this is still no reason for the abuse from the front office staff/...Dr Otten , you should concider hiring at least one, Medical Assistant, For proper management of the office. ...Or put the staff through some professional training, So they have the capasity to utilize and deal with the mentally ill, using the appropriate skill needed / instead of upsetting people that NEED, YOU, Dr Otten! They should instead try compassion, for the ill people they should be trying to help, and representing Dr Otten 's office and patients, in a Good, Helpful, way, knowing these people dont need all the.. 'TRAMA', the front desk, puts them through, " I personally, can't believe they get away with this behavior?? Im a long term patient, I can't believe the things they have done and the way they speak to me, And the games they play , They BLOCK you from DR Otten, If they want to make your life even harder, they can..They will just tell Dr Otten , things, you cant even defend yourself, you are not there, how's this fair or right?? You ask to have DR Otten call, ..over a week goes by ,,,no call. MY LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS> DR OTTEN! PLEASE, I DONT WANT MY LIFE HANGING BY THE STRING OF YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFFS COLD HEARTS!!!!
Also, you may want to take less smoking and talking on the phone breaks, and do your job ...In a kind manner. God Bless

the office staff is rude and the office is disgusting. Its too bad because Dr. Otten is a great Dr. and seems to know her stuff and honestly cares

Receptionists seemed somewhat cold -- office looked like a bombshell had gone off. Filthy fish tanks everywhere. Filthy carpet, copy paper boxes and office debris stacked up in the hallways - the doctor's office itself - I almost said, are you kidding me? Total mess. Crap all over the floor, overflowing near the window. Provider did not return two follow-up calls. Will not return.
