They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
