I would never do business with Dr. Mary Maul or anyone in this clinic again, it was a complete rip-off! The treatment was not effective and they insisted on full payment for a hatchet job. Dr. Mary Maul in Reno NV put several pins in my arm but had a hard time finding the proper location to isolate the right nerve. Then she put pins in my ear which was really painful, and she said to just take them out on my own but my wife had a really hard time getting one out of my ear with tweezers... it took some doing and really hurt getting that thing out of my ear when I got home. Anyway, while in the office I told Dr. Maul know that it was not effective and she told me to talk to the front office about not being satisfied. The front office refused to give me discount from the cash price of $130.00 and when they couldn't make change from the 2-$100.00 bills I gave them, I offered them to take $126.00 in cash that I had on me, but they adamantly insisted on the other $4.00 - Even the Office Manager refused. I ended up paying for more pain after going in there to hopefully have it relieved. The Office Manager actually told me that their "Accounting System wouldn't allow for discounts"... which is a blatant lie - Every Point of Sale system has that ability. They don't care about people, they just care about money, and that was made very obvious to me. Why does every other business in the world have to satisfy customers and give discounts when customers aren't satisfied??? The Medical Acupuncture group by Renown and Mary Maul in Reno NV obviously think that they are excluded.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
