They were friendly and made me feel at home. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
