Physicians, Dr's Lapa and Mahdi, are excellent in knowledge, professionalism, courteous and friendly, calm and allow time to listen without appearing rushed. The office and procedure area personnel are just as courteous, helpful, calm and friendly. Highly recommended.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
