This office is well organized and well taken care of. The staff appears overworked and less concerned than they should be. The wait at times approaches unbearable. Once when I was threatened with a serious illness the staff made no attempts to follow up with me concerning diagnostic results. I had to call them - several times. There was lots of available parking at their office, and I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
